Carpaccio sauce
Instructions
This sauce goes with the famous meat dish Carpaccio.
It is also excellent on crustaceans or on particular salads.
Put the mayonnaise in a bowl and stir in the Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
Add the milk in order to obtain a large enough sauce and try to correct, to your taste, seasoning with a little salt or lemon.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 18 cl of mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- Salt
- Pepper
