Cooked sauce
Instructions
Chop the parsley, garlic and onion coarsely with a Crescent.
Put the mixture in a pan or pot, or as if you prefer with the breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, olive oil and vinegar in more or less equal quantities, sugar, salt and water (or broth if there is any) according to need.
Boil at very low heat stirring (because it tends to stick) for about an hour, adding a little water or broth when needed.

- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 onion
- Tomato paste
- Olive oil
- Wine vinegar
- Salt
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
