Instructions
Finely chop the leeks and cut into julienne the rinds of lemon and orange, after removing with a sharp knife the white part.
During these ingredients for 5 minutes in boiling water, drain and your on a cloth to dry.
Currant jelly passed through a sieve and mix it with orange juice and lemon juice, add the wine, mustard, salt, chili powder and cayenne pepper.
Add the orange zest and chopped leeks and lemon and mix everything well.

- 2 leeks
- 200 g of currant jelly
- 1/2 orange (zest and juice)
- 1/2 lemon (zest and juice)
- 1 glass of madera red wine
- 1 pinch of english mustard
- Pin 1 of chili powder
- Pin 1 of cayenne pepper
- Salt
