Salsa de la castellana
Instructions
Put the bread crumbs in a bowl and cover it with broth to soften.
Then wring it out and put it in the mixer together with all washed herbs, garlic and peeled onion, gherkins and capers.
Add 4-5 tablespoons of broth and blend for a few minutes at maximum speed.
then stop the mixer and add the oil.
Blend again until you obtain a homogeneous insaporirete pesto with salt and pepper.
Serve this sauce with boiled meat or fish.
