Onion Sauce (Salsa di Cipolle)
Instructions
Cut into very thin slices and onions.
Heat the butter and diced the bacon and cook for 10 minutes, the onions until they become soft, but not well.
Sprinkle with the flour and add the broth.
Add salt, pepper and seasoning with Cumin and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Finally pour the cream and lemon juice.
Mix well and serve.
Accompanies meats, potatoes, pasta.
