Instructions
Gently wash the mint leaves, dry them and dice them.
Raccoglietele in a cup and cover with three tablespoons of boiling water.
Let cool, then add the infused sugar and white vinegar.
Mix well.
Before serving, let stand the sauce at least half an hour.
