Chili de arbol sauce
Instructions
Heat a heavy skillet, add the oil and saute the peppers.
Place it in a blender and mince.
Add garlic, onion and grapefruit juice and grind.
Add salt to taste.
This is a very spicy sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 12 dried de arbol peppers, washed, seeded and svenati
- 3 cloves of garlic peeled and toasted
- 1/2 white onion peeled and cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup of grapefruit juice (or water)
- 1 teaspoon of salt
