Pistachio Sauce (Salsa di Pistacchi)
Instructions
Pistachios are best peeled.
Blend all ingredients in Blender until obtaining a smooth cream, dark green and not too runny.
Pour into a jar and store in the fridge or freezer.
Excellent for seasoning paste by adding little cooking cream, steamed shrimp and Grilled Zucchini, diced, fresh tomato and ham into strips, also indicated to aromatize chicken and Turkey meat.
We recommend adding at the end of cooking.

- 400 g of pistachios
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 30 g of walnut kernels
- 60 g of basil
- 70 g of grated cheese
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
- Pepper
