Raw tomato sauce
Instructions
The doses are for 500 g of sauce.
Peel the tomatoes, give them the seeds and put them in the blender.
Blend for a moment, add salt, pepper and add the whole basil leaves, which should remain in the tomato for at least 10 minutes.
Before serving the salsa, combine the oil, mixing well to make an emulsion with the tomato puree.
If you want to enhance the taste of this sauce (typical of our southern regions), you can add tomatoes 1 garlic clove before passing them in the blender.
If you prefer you can mince the tomatoes with the basil leaves.
