Instructions
Cut the tomato pulp, thoroughly cleaned, filleted, sliced onion, chopped carrot and celery into small pieces.
Put all in a pan with the garlic and Basil; seasoned with olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper.
Stir and cook over moderate heat.
When vegetables are cooked, remove the garlic and basil, and passed the rest through a sieve.
Suitable for all uses.

- 1500 g of tomato pulp
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of basil
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
