Tasty tomato sauce
Instructions
Wash and coarsely chop the tomatoes, passing it to Blender (in this case it would be advisable that immersion) with chopped garlic, basil, 3 tablespoons oil.
Add salt.
Kept in the fridge, the sauce becomes firm and can also be used for pasta and cereals and cold as well as warm as bruschetta on toasted bread.
