Instructions
Beat the eggs with sugar, Add flour, almonds, Cup of Anisette, the aniseeds and yeast.
Form into a baking pan previously greased and floured, long narrow loaves.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cut the loaves into slices (1 1/2 cm thick).
Arrange the slices in the baking pan and put in oven for a few minutes to dry and make them crisp and dry.
Sweet that is preserved for a long time.
At the end of the meal is served with vin santo.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of flour
- 200 g of almond
- 300 g of sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of mistrà
- 10 g of anise seeds
- 1 sachet of baking powder
