Horseradish cream sauce
Instructions
Wash and scrape the radish, grate it and put it in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, mustard, and vinegar, stirring with a small spatula, add little by little all the cream, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and a pinch of salt, Mix well, pour some sauce into a gravy boat and serve.
If the root you have available was too dry keep it immersed in cold water for at least 1/2 hour before you scrape it and grattugiarla.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 50 g of horseradish
- 200 g of fresh cream
- 1 teaspoon of english mustard powder
- 2 teaspoons of white wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon of icing sugar
- 10 drops worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of salt
