Zucchini sauce
Instructions
Select the courgettes, wash them and cut them into small pieces.
Crush the garlic and allow it to dry in a pan with oil, add Zucchini and Marjoram and cook for 2 minutes add the chopped parsley, broth and season with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
After baking let cool and blend.
Put on the fire, add the milk, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
The hot sauce is used to season rice, steamed fish or white meat.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 G = = Zucchini
- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 cl of milk
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 pinch of marjoram
- Salt
- White pepper
- 1/2 cup of vegetable broth
