Peel the garlic, rinse it under running water and dry it with a paper towel.
Using a kitchen mixer, finely tritatelo, afterwards, fill the mug mayonnaise (preferably homemade and fresh) and blend for a bit.
You will get a really tasty sauce, ideal to accompany boiled fish or stewed vegetables.
