Mayonnaise sauce in russian
Instructions
Pour the cold but not solid gelatin in a bowl, put it in a larger container filled with ice cubes.
Add mayonnaise, tarragon & horseradish and beat with a whisk, also, to obtain a foamy sauce well.
Ideal for salads.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 cl of mayonnaise
- 40 cl of gelatin
- 1 tablespoon of chopped tarragon
- 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
