Sauce for boiled fish
Instructions
Blanch the tomatoes and peel them.
Finely cut making sure not to use the seeds.
Pour into a bowl and season with oil, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, chives and basil, some capers and tomatoes with their juices.
Mix well and let stand in refrigerator before serving.
It's a sauce that can be used with the boiled fish instead of the usual pink sauce or seasoning oil, lemon and parsley.

- Salt
- Chives
- Some of capers
- Some of peeled tomatoes
