Spaghetti sauce
Instructions
Cook in a little water the tomatoes, olive oil, chopped parsley, Basil and garlic.
Combine the diced mozzarella and Parmesan.
The sauce should be left on the heat until cheeses have melted completely.
Ingredients and dosing for 2 persons
- 6 tablespoons of peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 4 leaves of basil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 60 g of mozzarella
- 20 g of grated parmesan cheese
