Instructions
In a small Pan collect three yolks firm well crushed then mix them with vinegar, mustard, a pinch of sugar, salt, pepper and diced tomatoes.
Please warm up the mixture at low heat, remove the pot on the corner of the stove and add the two raw egg yolks, stirring.
Bring to boiling.
Withdrawn from heat, stir in the butter.

- 30 g of butter
- 300 g of peeled tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 3 egg yolks hard
- = 2 = Raw Egg Yolks
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
