Picard sauce
Instructions
Roasted sweet pepper, spellatelo and cut streaks.
Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds, toss them and cook the mashed with a little oil, chopped fine clove of garlic and a pinch of salt.
Remove from heat and let cool.
Pass the pepper fillets in a little olive oil and add a pinch of salt and cook a couple of minutes.
When everything is cold add the mayonnaise sauce tomato sauce and peppers; stir.
Ideal for cold and fish appetizers.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 20 cl of mayonnaise
- 200 g of tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- Olive oil extra virgin
- Salt
