Instructions
Blend together all ingredients until the capers; then add the egg, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper.
Mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 1 sprig of basil
- 1 sprig of chervil
- 1 sprig of mint
- 3 leaves celery
- 3 shallots (or scallions)
- 2 anchovies
- 20 g of capers
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of white wine vinegar
- 2 pinches of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
