Instructions
In a Pan fry in butter the spring onion, carrot and parsley, finely chopped.
Dust with flour, add a glass of wine and broth.
Cook for about half an hour.
Puree the mixture, add the breadcrumbs previously softened in hot milk and squeezed.
Blend everything again and heated the sauce before serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 30 g of butter
- 1 glass of broth
- 1 glass white wine
- Milk
- 15 g of flour
- 1 cipollina
- 1 carrot
- Parsley
- 2 sandwiches (crumb)
