Instructions
Finely chopped gherkins, capers and anchovy fillets, add mayonnaise along with the parsley, toss with the other ingredients and arranging them into well.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 125 g of mayonnaise
- 50 g of pickles
- 1 teaspoon of capers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of wine vinegar
- Sugar
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
