Instructions
Doses for 50 cl of salsa.
Drain the gherkins, capers and put them in the blender with parsley; blend for a long time in order to obtain a fine puree, add the mustard and blend for 1 minute.
Put the mayonnaise in a bowl, stir the mixture just shake, stir thoroughly and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 40 cl of mayonnaise
- 50 g of pickled capers
- 50 g of pickles
- 1 tablespoon of parsley leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon of dijon mustard
