Remoulade for boiled meats
Instructions
Combined with mayonnaise the chopped herbs, finely chopped pickles, anchovies, then add the mustard and Worcestershire sauce, stirring well.
You can do it all with the blender.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 tablespoon of tarragon and parsley
- 10 g of pickled capers
- 1/2 tablespoon of worcestershire sauce
- 2 pickles
- 2 anchovy fillets
