Instructions
Work the ricotta until smooth become; Add the chives and chopped Chervil.
Add salt, pepper.
Slowly pour, stirring, oil and vinegar.
Serve cold sauce with meat, fish or vegetables.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 750 g of fresh ricotta
- 10 sprigs of chives
- 2 tablespoons of chervil
- 10 teaspoons of wine vinegar (or lemon juice)
- 5 teaspoons of olive oil
- Parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
