Sauce robert
Instructions
Saute chopped onion in butter.
Add the red wine, bring to the boil and reduce by half.
Strain, add the Spanish sauce, heated on fire and finish the sauce with mustard.
Ideal for roast meat, especially pork.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of spanish sauce
- Onion
- 30 g of butter
- 1/3 cup of dry red wine
- 1 teaspoon of mustard
