Biscuits with Yoghurt (Biscottini allo Yogurth)
Instructions
Pour the melted butter into a bowl, add the sugar, stirring; Add the yoghurt and stir one egg yolk at a time.
Add the almonds and flour sifted plain with a tablespoon of powdered yeast.
Knead with your hands, take a ball and keep it in the fridge an hour.
Roll out the pastry to the thickness of one centimeter and with machine cut out cookies.
Bake on a greased plate at 200 degrees for half an hour.
Sprinkle with icing sugar.

- 1 jar of whole yoghurt
- 1 jar of melted butter
- 1 jar of almond flour
- 200 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- Baking powder
