Quick sauce
Instructions
Using a mixer, blend together the garlic and the parsley (previously rinsed with care), olive oil extra virgin olive, cream and a pinch of salt until mixture is homogenous.
Serve immediately accompanying it to boiled meat or fish.

- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 100 g of olive oil extra virgin
- 5 cl of liquid cream
- Salt
