Instructions
Firm eggs, bone and wash the anchovies.
Finely chop eggs, anchovies, parsley, capers, pine nuts and olives.
Incorporate the mixture a little bread crumbs soaked in vinegar, then add 1/2 cup of vinegar and 1/2 of olive oil, stirring constantly.
If necessary, add salt.
Wanting to save time, you can put all the ingredients in a blender.

- 2 eggs
- 4 salted anchovies
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 25 g of capers
- 75 g of pine nuts
- 6 olives
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of wine vinegar
- Salt
