Saltimbocca
Instructions
Thinly slice the meat and flatten it with the mallet.
Arrange on each slice of meat a slice of prosciutto and a leaf of Sage.
Roll up the slices and close them with a stick.
Brown them in butter for 15 minutes.
Season with salt, wet them with the wine and cook for another 15 minutes.
Before serving the saltimbocca irrorarli with the cooking.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 500 g of veal breast
- 100 g of ham
- 50 g of butter
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Fresh sage
- Salt
