Saltimbocca alla romana
Instructions
Flour the meat slices, spread on a slice of ham to cover, then place a Sage leaf and fasten everything with one stuzzicandenti.
Saute the meat so composed in butter or margarine.
Once browned, remove the meat and pour the wine sauce, let thicken a little pour it over the meat and serve.

- 8 loins of pig
- Ham (or bacon spread)
- Some leaves of sage
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 glass dry white wine
