Artichoke Sandwich (Sandwich di Carciofi)
Instructions
Clean the artichokes, cut into 8 wedges and put them in water with lemon juice.
When cold put them in a pan with the sliced onion and toss with oil, salt and pepper.
Gently fry them covered until they will be tender.
When cooked add the bechamel.
Line a buttered with a disc of puff pastry, stuffed with artichokes and close with another disk.
Bake for 1/2 hour.

- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 4 artichokes
- 1 onion
- Olive oil
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup of bechamel
- Butter
- Salt
- Pepper
