Apricot jam sandwich
Instructions
The ingredients are for about 16 pieces.
Divide the layers of sponge cake and spalmatene one with apricot jam.
Cover with another layer of sponge cake and cut into squares of about 4-5 cm from the side.
Cut remaining sheet in half and proceed in the same way.
Prepare the icing: icing sugar split into four bowls and add each one or two teaspoons of water.
Diluted with the stain of your choice and mix: you have to get a creamy frosting.
Spread it evenly on the sandwich and let thicken.
If you do not serve right away, you can store them in the refrigerator.
Remember, though, to cover them with plastic wrap.

- 100 g of icing sugar
- Food colours
- Apricot jam
