Instructions
Peel the Apple and cut it into cubes; wash the lemon and the Orange and slice both.
Put the fruit in a large goblet.
Add the Juniper, cloves, sugar and add a quarter of a bottle of wine, stirring to dissolve the sugar.
Keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, introducing at the same time the remaining wine and Soda.
When serving, pour the wine into the Goblet.
Add the Brandy and completed with the Soda water is very cold.
