Black pudding without blood
Instructions
Mix sugar, cinnamon and cocoa and apart, dissolve the cornstarch in a quarter.
Put all in a pan and add the remaining butter, milk and dark chocolate.
Bring to a boil and stir for 30 minutes, until the custard is thick enough.
Allow to cool, then Add vanilla and chopped candied Citron.

- 100 cl of milk
- 600 g of sugar
- 200 g of bitter cocoa
- 200 g of chocolate
- 50 g of butter
- 70 g of starch
- 1 sachet of cinnamon
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- Candied citron
