Saffron sardines
Instructions
Eviscerare sardines, wash them and dry them on a cloth; reconstruct back.
To dry fresh focus with oil the thinly sliced onion; When taking color join a cup of warm water that has been dissolved saffron.
Remove from heat and lay the sardines.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with chopped parsley, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve warm with fresh parsley.
