Baked Sardines (Sardine al Forno)
Instructions
Drain the sardines, dry with absorbent kitchen paper then fold open to extract the fishbones, close them and align them on the bottom of a buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle capers, sprinkle with lemon juice, season with salt, sprinkle with parsley and grated cheese and spolverizzarle with the breadcrumbs.
Sprinkle with 30 g of melted butter, and put them in a hot oven at 200 degrees for 15 minutes.
