Together in a bowl the eggs, yolks and sugar and mix them so you mount them.
Built half a tablespoon of olive oil, liquor, a pinch of salt and flour as necessary to give the dough a soft density.
Pour the mixture over the pastry Board and knock it into a long cylinder with a diameter of 1 cm.
Cut 5 cm long segments, always coil them around a chopstick to form of serpentine, and gradually their parades, FRY in hot oil.
Drain them and nappateli with honey.

- 2 eggs
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 cup of aniseed liqueur
- Flour
- Honey
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
- Frying oil
