In a pan heat the oil with the butter and cook the onion half sleeve just has become Golden.
Place the scallops in Bowl and cook on both sides to moderate flame for eight to ten minutes.
Sprinkle with the heated liquor, fiammeggiate, salted.
Remove the meat from the Pan and arrange on serving platter.
Cooking Sauce diluted with the cream, stir, then heat and pour over scallops.
Serve.
