White pepper steaks
Instructions
Grind pepper in large form, place it on a card and hand comprimervi each steak on both sides.
In a saucepan melt the butter, place the steaks and let them cook on open flame.
Add salt, pour in the cognac, ignite and serve immediately.

- 4 beef steaks
- 5 tablespoons of white pepper
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass of cognac
