Tasty scallops
Instructions
Sauté in butter and oil, the slices of meat for 5 minutes.
Remove them and cooking put the olives fillets and chopped parsley, capers and anchovies.
Cook for a few minutes, sprinkle with wine, put in a pan the scallops, season with salt and cook for 5 minutes.

- 40 g of butter
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil

- 50 g of black olives
- Parsley
- 1 handful of capers
- 2 anchovy fillets
- White wine
- Salt
