Scampi tomatoes
Instructions
In a saucepan melt the butter and let insaporitevi the finely chopped onion.
When you become transparent add the tomatoes peeled, deprived of seeds and cut into cubes.
Stir gently and season with a spoon of tomato paste diluted in warm water.
After about 10 minutes to blend the sauce and put it back in the pan.
Adjust the salt and pepper.
Add in the scampi, washed and peeled, Cook for 2 or 3 minutes, stirring.
Pour the cream, mix, heat and thicken the sauce.
Arrange on a warm serving dish, cover them with shrimp sauce and serve immediately.
