Mexican shrimp
Instructions
Make a sauce with onion and peppers sliced thin.
Add the tomato and chili pepper (not by cutting it you can delete it when cooked), season with salt and pepper, and cook over low heat for about 20 minutes.
Scalded scampi in salt water, sgusciateli and add them to the sauce.
Cook 5 more minutes, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.

- 1 fresh green pepper
