Greek steak
Instructions
After having soaked steaks as instructed on the box, put in a bowl with cheese, parsley, salt and pepper and mix.
In a pan put a bit of butter and a bit of oil; Add the filet mignon with the preparation of cheese and parsley and add the wine.
Bake 20 minutes adding some broth to achieve a good sauce.

- 4 soy steaks
- 1 tablespoon of grana
- 1 pinch of chopped parsley
- 1 glass white wine
