Sadat al forno
Instructions
Turn on the oven to 240 degrees.
If the Sadat are alive, put them in a Strainer basket and immerse them in a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds.
Cool them under cold water for a few seconds.
Divide the Sadat in half lengthwise, cutting them with a sharp knife from the queue.
Broken the claws with the Nutcracker or with a pestle.
Arrange in a baking dish and place in oven for 5-10 minutes, depending on size.
They are cooked when the shell became pink, with white patches.
Cut the lemon into wedges and sliced cucumber.
Serve shrimp with melted butter and plenty of black pepper.
Garnish with lemon wedges, slices of cucumber and dill.
