Instructions

Typical cake of Lucca half sweet and half salt, nowadays tends to be sweeter and inserted at the end of lunch.

In a soup-tureen make a batter with flour, sugar, egg, melted butter vanilla, warm milk and a pinch of salt.

Mix well, then add the zucchini cut into thin slices.

Grease and flour a cake mold and pour in the mixture.

Sprayed with a little oil and cook in medium oven for one hour.
