Instructions

Peel and wash strawberries in red wine, then pass through a sieve and let them ferment into a container for two days, stirring occasionally with wooden spoon.

After filter with a clean linen cloth, you nudge a few hours and then boil with sugar for about 10 minutes.

Let cool and then bottled.

Note: use very juicy fruit, steel pans, stir with wooden spoon.
