Instructions
Leave to soak for 24 hours the elderflower passed quickly under a water jet to remove any small unwelcome guests.
Remove the flowers from the water and let it drip on a washcloth, filter the liquid and add all ingredients.
Let it sit all stirring frequently to dissolve sugar.
Put the syrup obtained in glass bottles tightly closed and store them in a cool place.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 45 fresh elderflowers
- 5 lemons
- 6000 g of sugar
- 80 g of citric acid
- 1 glass of white wine vinegar (optional)
- 500 cl of water
