Steak with olives (2)
Instructions
Rattle off the olives, then blend with peppers, anchovies, 2 tablespoons oil and the yolk only.
Brush the steaks with oil and grill them on the barbecue griddle, 2-3 minutes per side.
Season with salt, sprinkle with just a handful of pepper and serve hot, with the sauce prepared separately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 slices of rump steak (slices 600 g)
- 10 green olives
- 1 slice of pickled pepper
- 2 anchovy fillets in olive oil
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- 1 handful of pepper
